  • SECRETARIAL AUDIT & COMPLIANCE AUDIT

    1. We undertake Secretarial Audit of the companies; verify whether the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 as well as Companies Act 2013 and other allied Acts as contemplated by the Companies Act, 2013 and Rules framed there under and other applicable laws generally and specifically are complied with. We issue Compliance Audit Certificate as required by the Companies Act, 2013 in the Form MGT-8.
